What exactly do I get for £97?
All of it. Live coaching on real calls, the Reps Gym, Film Room, Script Lab, Battle Cards, Objection Vault, cold-call dialer with hints, and 2,500 AI credits a month. There is no Starter / Expert / Pro upsell ladder — one tier, full app.
What does the Founders' Lifetime tier actually cover?
Same full app, capped at the first 100 buyers, paid once. You get 5,000 credits/mo for the lifetime of the product, plus a direct Slack with the team. We cap usage on the Founders tier so it stays sustainable for us — if you run extreme volume (1,000+ calls a month) talk to us first.
What if my call audio isn't private?
Audio is processed live by our speech-to-text partner (Deepgram), transcribed, and used to generate coaching. Audio and transcripts are never stored on our servers after the session ends. Manager visibility is opt-in per call — your boss doesn't see anything unless you say so.
What if I cancel?
Click cancel in Settings. You keep access until the end of the billing period. We never charge you again. No retention call traps, no friction.
Can I run CLOS as a team?
Yes, but please book a 15-min chat first — team setups need a different onboarding and we want to do it right. Floor pricing starts at £49/seat with a 5-seat minimum.
