Close one more deal in 30 days, or we refund every penny.
We back the product with cash. Fair on both sides, written in plain English, no asterisks.
How it works
- 1. Subscribe to the Closer plan. The 30-day guarantee window starts on your first payment.
- 2. Use the live coach on at least 10 real sales calls during the 30 days.
- 3. Complete at least 5 practice sessions in the Reps Gym during the 30 days.
- 4. If at the end of the 30 days you have not closed at least one more deal than you did in the 30 days before starting CLOS, email refund@clos.coach with your numbers.
- 5. We refund the full subscription within 5 working days. You keep your transcripts, your data, and your notes.
Why the conditions
A coach you don't use can't coach you. The 10-calls / 5-reps threshold is what we've seen separates "tried it" from "trained on it." If you hit the threshold and the product still didn't move your numbers, that's on us — and we want to know about it, because something is broken and we'll fix it.
If you fall short of the threshold but want more time, email us and we'll extend the guarantee window by 14 days. We'd rather give you another shot than refund someone who never actually used the thing.
What counts as a coached call
- A real sales call (cold, discovery, demo, or closing) where the CLOS live coach was active for at least 5 minutes.
- Logged automatically when the extension or the Live Coaching page is running.
- You can see your progress on the dashboard — every login shows your guarantee tracker.
What counts as a practice rep
- A completed Reps Gym session — sales call mode, cold call mode, or a Drill — with a score at the end.
- Each session needs at least 4 turns of dialogue to count. Bailing out on turn one doesn't.
What about the Founders' Lifetime tier?
The Founders' Lifetime tier is capped at the first 100 buyers and priced once, for life. All sales on the Founders tier are final — we can't honour the 30-day guarantee on a one-time payment that locks in lifetime access. If you're uncertain, start on the monthly Closer plan with the guarantee. You can upgrade to Founders later if seats remain.
Edge cases, in plain English
- You changed jobs mid-month. The deal count compares your prior 30 days against the next 30 — if a job change broke the comparison, email us with context. We'll honour the spirit of the guarantee.
- Your industry has a 6-month sales cycle. Closing isn't the only signal. If you hit the call/rep threshold and your pipeline value increased, that counts. Tell us what changed.
- You bought, hated the UI, and want out immediately. If you cancel within 72 hours and haven't used more than 50 credits, we refund without the 30-day usage check. One bite at the apple.
- You used the live coach but bypassed our extension/page. If we can't see the calls, we can't honour the count. The whole point is the coach being live with you.
The plain-English version
Show up, train hard, take the calls. If we don't deliver, we don't deserve your money. If you don't show up, we can't prove or disprove anything — so we'll give you more time before we ever say no.
